It appears that my system generates a new machine ID on each boot up. When PDF 7 looks at my system each time for authentication it see me as installing the software on numerous machines and locks me out. Had to install a couple of batch files from Nuance after numerous phone calls and about 6 hours of hassle. Still doesnt work right. A waste of money. My older version PDF pro on Windows xp system runs fine and works well. Had to upgrade because of Windows 7. Very disappointed. If they would remove the login authentication and trust that I am not installing it on a gazillion machines I would be happy and give it a high recommendation.
